The steady flow of water on these exquisite wall mounted fountains is a sight to behold. Water looks and sounds beautiful flowing down the face of this wall fountain. The slate or marble on this piece is specially quarried and shipped in from India. The stones of India are renowned worldwide for their beauty and elegance. Every stone is hand cut and its edges chisled to perfection making each fountain a one of a kind masterpeice. Each waterfall is an original with its own distinctive shading, coloring and texture which may vary from the example photos. Among the slates the black stone and green stone have some variation of shade; however, the most dramatic difference is seen in the remarkable rajah multicolor stone, which varies in its range of greens, reds, golds, and rusts. The most common frame materials for waterfall walls are copper and stainless steel. Copper is used for several reasons. Copper has a beautiful color, can be marbled with various designs by applying heat, and is very soft making it easily formed and molded into the desired shape. All copper components are fashioned in high grade copper from the mountains of Utah. The unique marblelike finish is burned onto the copper one piece at a time by skilled artesians. A clear coat finish is then applied to the metal to give it a high gloss finish as well as to protect the copper from naturally turning green over time. Water fountains can improve concentration and promote relaxation. In spaces where there are many different sources of noise the flow of water can produce a white noise barrier which is consistent and predictable. The water sound from indoor water fountains can also be associated with peaceful settings, tropical islands and beautiful waterfalls.
Your choice of natural rajah multicolor slate, black slate, black slate with rust, green slate, green rainforest marble, brown rainforest marble, black spider marble or silver mirror face. All slate colors can be ordered in either the classic solid slab, or a featherstone version which is a thin layer of natural slate over a lightweight backing. The lightweight featherstone version may be chosen to facilitate ease of installation, the only noticable difference is that the sides of the slate are edged in your choice of frame material rather then the thick chisled slab edges of the classic slabs. Choose a clear coated Copper or stainless steel frame in a rounded or squared frame style. Order in your choice of standard halogen lighting or upgrade to LED. Our new LED lighting upgrade is capable of lighting effects (static, flash, strobe, fade and smooth transition) in multiple colors and comes with a handheld remote control.
